Registration process

1. How can I register as a host or guest?

Simply download the Resortifi app and enter your details for verification. Once your details are verified, you become a registered member of the platform.

2. Can I register my sub-let property on Resortifi?

The Resortifi platform is available for the homeowners only to rent their pool &/or backyards on Resortifi. Properties with subletting via Resortifi, VRBO, and other short-term rental platforms are not considered for rental on Resortifi.

3. Can I deactivate my account?

Yes, you can deactivate your account at any time.

4. Is there any registration fee?

There is no fee to register on the Resortifi platform as either a host or a guest.

Resortifi charges host a minimal 15% commission on each booking.

5. How can I reset my account password?

To reset:

Click the "Forgot password" on the login screen.

Enter the email address, then click Send password reset email and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.

To change:

Go to the Profile tab on the Resortifi app or Resortifi.com

Hit Private Information, confirm your old, and enter new passwords.

Click Save Changes
