What if I want to report a disturbance?

It's usually fastest to communicate directly with your neighbor to address concerns related to a Resortifi booking. Our hosts can asks their guests to keep noise levels to a reasonable volume.

If you are not able to get in touch with the host, feel free to contact Resortifi's Neighborhood support team at support@resoritif.com So that we can review your concern and take action, please make sure you write "Neighbor Concern" in the subject line and provide us the swimming pool host's address (or yours so we can try to locate the host's listing). This will help us contact the host faster.

After you contact us, we'll get in touch with the host and follow-up with you after the results of our investigation.
