How to become a host? Step-by-Step​

1. I want to host my property on Resortifi; where should I start from and what information do I need to provide?

At the Resortifi platform, being a host is very simple and quick. All you need to do is to register and then follow the following steps and provide details as mentioned.

Step 1:

Click the “Become a Host” tab.

Step 2:

Click “Host your Property” from the drop down menu.

Step 3:

You will have 03 options to choose from as a type of property you want to host i.e.

  • Indoor: e.g. Home gym, art studio, indoor property, home property, kitchen, music studio etc.
  • Outdoor: e.g. property, basketball court, garden, docked boat, lake/beach front, backyard, roof deck, tennis court etc.
  • Accommodation: e.g. Apartment, hotel, guest house, Resort, farm house, Penthouse, room, house, share room, hostel etc.

Step 4:

Enter location of the property or you can add manually the location with complete address.

Step 5:

Enter Property details like Property Name, Description, and Introduction.

Step 6:

Add images of your property or part of the property you want to host.

Step 7:

Choose Amenities you provide along with their types and price. The categories of amenities are:

  • Convenience
  • View
  • Dining
  • Fun
  • Play
  • property
  • Furniture
  • Entertainment

Step 8:

Set capacity i.e. how many guests your property can accommodate.

Step 9:

Add calendar dates when the property is available in a repeated fashion. You can add as many block dates as you can.

Step 10:

Specify rules as follows:

  • Instant booking : ON or OFF
  • Cancellation and refund rule
  • Advance Notice for cancellation
  • Start of Available Month
  • End of Available Month
  • Booking start time
  • Earliest reservation hour
  • Latest reservation hour

Step 11:

Check and review all information and click save.
