Canceling Your Reservation

Your plans have changed, and now you need to cancel your reservation. No problem. Follow these simple steps to cancel your reservation:

On Desktop:

1.Go to "Trips" and select the trip you want to cancel. 2.Click "Show more trip plans," then click "Show details." 3.Click "Change or cancel." 4.Finally, click "Cancel reservation."

On iOS App:

1.Open the Resortifi app and tap "Trips." 2. Select the trip you want to cancel. 3.Tap "Show more trip plans," then tap "Show details." 4.Tap "Cancel reservation."

On Android App:

1.Open the Resortifi app and tap "Trips." 2. Select the trip you want to cancel. 3.Tap "Show more trip plans," then tap "Show details." 4.Tap "Cancel reservation."

On Mobile Browser:

1.Go to "Trips" and select the trip you want to cancel. 2.Tap "Show more trip plans," then tap "Show details." 3.Tap "Change or cancel." 4.Finally, tap "Cancel reservation."

Requesting a Refund During Your Stay

If you're experiencing an issue during your stay, you have options:

Ask Your Host to Fix It: Reach out to your host to resolve the issue.

Request a Partial Refund: If the issue persists, request a partial refund from your host.

Request to Cancel Your Reservation: In severe cases, you can request to cancel your reservation for a full refund. Be sure to submit your request within 24 hours of noticing the issue, and your host will have 1 hour to respond. If they decline or don't respond, you can ask Resortifi to step in to help.
