What happens if my booking request is declined or expires?

If the host declines your reservation or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, you won’t be charged and you’re free to book another stay.

If your booking request is declined and the listing for the stay shows that it's still available, the host’s calendar may not be up-to-date, or they may want bookings of a different length of time
