1. How can I review and compare my property performance to that of competitors?​

You can track your hosting progress by opting into Resortifi’s professional hosting tools. Using them, you can review:

  • Your listings’ historical, future, and real-time performance across business metrics

  • Your top-performing listing(s)

  • Comparisons between your own listings and similar ones in your area

You can search, filter, and compare your hosting performance over the past 12 months. You can also include data on upcoming bookings, and select which listings to include by using the search and filter bar in each section.

Go to Insights and you’ll find performance metrics for these areas:

  • Conversion
  • Occupancy & rates
  • Quality
  • Earnings
  • Hosting progress

2. How can I review and compare the performance data by time?​

You can select a time frame for the data shown in each section. You can view your data according to three time frames: Last year, Last week, and Last month.

To view future performance for some data, you can select Next week, Next month, Next 3 months, and Next 6 months.

New data is uploaded within 24 hours.

3. How can I review and compare the performance data by region?​

If you have listings in multiple regions, you can review data by listing or region for a more targeted data analysis.

The graph shows how your listings are performing compared to previous time periods or to a competitive set of listings. Toggle between the options to choose what the graph shows.

For example, if you select Last week, the graph will show performance for the past 7 days compared to performance for the past 8–14 days.

When you choose to compare to similar listings, the graph will show how 5-star ratings for your listings compare to listings in the area. You can filter by region, if your listings are in multiple regions, to increase the accuracy of the comparison. Get more info about how we choose similar listings.

4. What hosting tools are available that can make comparisons?​

Join the thousands of Hosts who use our professional hosting tools to simplify their Resortifi hosting experience. You can switch the tools on and off in your Account Settings by clicking or tapping Use professional tools. These tools include:

  • Listings page
  • Multi-calendar
  • Occupancy Tax
  • Pro marketing page
  • Insights
  • Rulesets
  • Standard fees
  • Teams
  • Tasks

If you decide to stop using the tools, it’ll take 1–2 days to remove your access and delete the data for:

  • Pricing and availability rules you’ve applied to your listings
  • Rule-sets
  • Standard fees you’ve added to listings

5. How can I compare my listing performance with others in the area?​

Your place is unique, but how does it measure up compared to others in your area? As a Host, you need to know where you fit in your own market, so check out your performance data.

Start with the right tools

To access all your data, be sure you’ve opted into professional hosting tools. It also helps to learn how to track your hosting performance.

Check out Similar listings

  • After you’ve opted in, go to your hosting dashboard and click on Insights
  • Click on Quality, Conversion, or Occupancy & rates, and explore the various subcategories
  • Anytime you find the option to Compare, select Similar listings in the dropdown

The Similar listings graph shows how you’re doing compared to other listings near you. You can review your performance across a number of comparison categories—does your nightly rate seem about average, or is it too high or low? Get to know what’s working, and where you may want to tweak your listing.
