1. What is my property type?
Here’s how Resortifi defines each general property type:
- Apartment: Typically located in a multi-unit building where other people live, including condos and lofts
- House: Standalone structure that may share outdoor areas or walls, like townhomes and duplexes
- Secondary unit: Usually on a shared property with a private entrance, including guesthouses and guest suites
- Unique space: Interesting or unconventional structure, such as a treehouse, yurt, or farm stay
- Bed and breakfast: A hospitality business offering guests breakfast with a Host on-site
- Boutique hotel: A hospitality business with a unique style or theme defining its identity
2. How the Resortifi apartments work?
This is a partnership between Resortifi and building owners to make it easier for renters to find apartments that let them host part-time.
Hosts can list their property as per their own convenience. They can host once a month or once a year, though local laws and building rules can affect how often one can host.
3. What about the behavior of the guests? Is there any specific code to follow?
Yes. Apartment hosts can set rules, such as quiet hours, that all Resortifi guests need to follow. Hosts can set their own rules for their listing as well. Resortifi also has a strict no party policy, and other policies related to guest behavior.
4. How do the hosts get the earnings in this case?
Your Resortifi earnings are paid directly to you through your Resortifi account.
