Chat with Guests via Resortifi's messaging feature

The Resortifi app or website lets hosts communicate with their confirmed and potential Guests before and after the booking. They can easily confirm details or ask that will keep the reservation process go smoothly.

Make sure to do have conversation only on Resortifi chat, so it is easier for Resortifi team to confirm conversations or track events if required. Sharing personal phone numbers, contact information, or making payment offline or at the pool/backyard (with cash or credit card) is the violation of Resortifi Terms and Conditions.

After the booking is closed, you and the guest can review each other. We appreciate both to honestly communicate their experiences.

How Can the Guest contact a Host?

  • They must request a booking with a definite date and time. If the host has Instant Booking enabled on their Pool/Backyard, they may be Confirmed already when they contact the host. If the host manually approves the reservation, it may show as Pending.
  • The Guest must complete their profile.

How can the Host contact a Guest?

  • Hosts can talk with the Guests if the Guest has started a reservation process with the Host's Pool/Baka yard.
  • Any current conversation thread is available in the Inbox section.
  • To initiate a new chat, go to the Reservations section and choose "Send A Message" under the Guest's name.
