Is it free to list my property (such as pool, backyard, resort, guest room, garden etc)?

Resortifi is committed to clear and balanced standards for the community to make sure hosts are known for great hospitality, and guests are always respectful of hosts and their property. These standards include keeping listings complete and up-to-date, free of cost. Now more than ever, guests want assurance about what they’ll get once they book on Resortifi.

Hosts just have to pay a service fee. Most Hosts pay a flat service fee of 3% of the booking subtotal. The subtotal is your nightly price plus any optional fees you charge guests, like a cleaning fee, and doesn’t include Resortifi fees and taxes. Guests typically pay a service fee of around 14% of the booking subtotal.
