The booking process

Once you visit Resortifi, whether on our mobile app or website, enter your location or address to help us display pools/backyards sorted by distance and time. Once you find a place that works for you, hit "More Details" and then "Request to book."

Then, enter the time you required and the number of guests you plan on attending the booking. Make guest count accurate and confirmed with your friends, as hosts set a limit to be accommodated at their places.

Once the pool/backyard request is made, the guest is notified about the same. Meanwhile waiting for the confirmation by the host, the guest can look for some more options.

Once the host approves the request, the guest is notified to confirm and check. We do this because we know that you may request multiple pools for the same time, so we want to let the respective host that you are attending their booking.

After confirmation, the guest gets an email with the property’s address, special access instructions, and notes the host likes to share with guest before the booking.

For more inquiries or clarification, the guest can chat with host via the Resortifi chat.
