Property Search Results Order​

Searching for a Property on Resortifi is easy and quick at Resortifi. Besides showing you the properties near to you, the platform displays the best Hosts with a record of providing excellent Guest experiences. Here is how the properties are displayed in the guest’s search results:

The first properties displayed are within 0-5 miles of guest. There are 3 "Distance Radiuses" from guest’s current location (or the location they searched for):

  • 0-5 miles
  • 5-10 miles
  • 10-25 miles

The properties in between 0-5 miles are followed by those that are 5-10 miles away, and then those 10-25 miles away.

Highlighting the best Hosts

Within each Distance Radius the properties that have the most 5 Star reviews from past Swimmers are displayed first. This implies that a property which is 4 miles away and has fifty 5 star reviews is ranked before the Property that is 1 mile away and has only two 5 Star reviews.

After all the properties within 0-5 miles are listed, pools which are 5-10 miles away are shown. Again, the Pools having the most 5 Star reviews will be shown first. And the same goes for the 10-25 set.
