I requested a property, when will the Host respond?

Once you request a property, we instantly notify the Host of your request. While most Hosts will reply and confirm fast, we let you search for and request other Properties during you wait.

Upon approval of request by the host, we then notify you about the time for confirmation and checkout. We do this because we know that you may request multiple Properties for the same time, so we want to let the respective host that you are attending their booking.

After confirmation, the guest gets an email with the property’s address, special access instructions, and notes the host likes to share with guest before the booking.
