1. Can I be notified of the new pools available near me?

Resortifi exclusive automatic alerts keep you updated for any new property addition in your proximity, as per mentioned below distance radiuses.

Searching for a Pool/backyard on Resortifi is easy and quick at Resortifi. Besides showing you the pools/ backyards near to you, the platform displays the best Hosts with a record of providing excellent Guest experiences. Here is how the pools/backyards are displayed in the guest’s search results:

The first Pool/backyards displayed is within 0-5 miles of the guest. There are 3 "Distance Radiuses" from the guest's current location (or the location they searched for):

  • 0-5 miles
  • 5-10 miles
  • 10-25 miles

The pools/backyards between 0-5 miles are followed by those that are 5-10 miles away, and then those 10-25 miles away.

2. Can I see the pools in my search have the best reviews?

The pools with the best reviews in your search are always on the top.

Within each Distance Radius, the Pools/backyards that have the most 5 Star reviews from past Swimmers are displayed first. This implies that a pool/ backyard which is 4 miles away and has fifty 5 Star reviews is ranked before the pool/backyard that is 1 mile away and has only two 5 Star reviews.

After all the pools/backyards within 0-5 miles are listed, pools that are 5-10 miles away are shown. Again, the Pools having the most 5 Star reviews will be shown first. And the same goes for the 10-25 set.

3. Can I opt-in or out of Notifications?

Yes, you can. Change the setting of notifications you get via your Resortifi profile. Click Notifications and then check/uncheck the notifications you want to change. Click Save at the top right of the screen to save your preferences.
