What happens if I cancel too many bookings?
In order for the Resortifi marketplace to work for both hosts and swimmers, each party needs to honor the reservation. If either party approve/confirms and then cancel bookings on a consistent basis, our system will flag the account and it may be deactivated until we can get in touch with you to understand what's going on.
This being the case, we do want to stress that we understand that life comes up! Sometimes a host is not able to accommodate your needs or maybe you put in the wrong information! Do not be too fearful of cancelling the reservation if this is case. If you are able to provide a justified reason, our team will recognize this and can remove the flag for you.
