a. How to use the Resortifi credits?

You can refer your friends to spend your Resortifi credit on your next booking? Here is what you need to do:

After finding a pool/backyard that you would like to book, check the date and time that is suitable for you. Underlying you are shown with a breakdown of the hourly price and hours, besides the 10% service fee and extra guest fees.

Just above the payment method option box, there is an option called Apply Credits showing the number of credits to apply. This option is seen if you have credits in your Resortifi Bank.

b. Can I refer to a host or guest?

Refer them with a referral code so you can benefit from them signing up.

  • Referring Guests

Both you and the referred will get $5 in Resortifi credit when they sign up, complete their profile, and verify the given email address.

  • Referring Hosts Both you and the referred will get $5 in Resortifi credit when they sign up, complete their profile, and verify their email address. On successful completion of the first booking, both you and the referred host will get an extra $45, for a total of $50 in Resortifi credit.

9. Where to find the Resortifi referral link?

It is on your Profile, under the Earn Free Swims! option. The "Referred People" and "Referred Pools" will update if any of your referrals have completed their profile and/or hosted a booking successfully (if they are a host).

You can share the link with your referrals by clicking and copying it to your clipboard, or click Invite by Email to share your referral code via email.

10. Can neighbors' concerns be reported directly to Resortifi?

Our hosts inform the guests to keep noise levels to a minimum level. Any disturbance can be reported to Resortifi's Neighborhood support team at info@resortifi.com. Write "Neighbor Concern" in the subject line and mention the host's address.

11. How to report a disturbance?

If you are unable to reach the host, reach out to Resortifi's Neighborhood support team at info@resortifi.com. Write "Neighbor Concern" in the subject line and provide us with the host's address.

12. Should I take care of noise levels?

Know that your hosts have neighbors who should not be disturbed or bothered by noise levels. If guests keep failing to respond to their concerns, Resortifi may intervene in the matter and take action.

13. How should hosts and guests be treated in the Resortifi community?

Resortifi ensures the creation of a safe and welcoming community. Bad behavior is strictly prohibited on the platform, including:
  • Any form of violence against hosts or guests

  • robbery

  • Threatening anyone by your words or actions

  • Lewd or obscene behavior like nudity or sex.

14. Can I put an entry fee on my property?

Resortifi doesn’t allow listings that are marketed events with ticket sales or entry fees, bring DJs or outside sound systems, and/or offer cash bars. This ban is applicable for all current and future bookings on Resortifi.

Unauthorized parties on Resortifi are flagged by our system and our team reviews high-risk reservations. Those who do not follow this policy get a permanent ban from Resortifi besides needed legal action.

  • Can a Host be home during the rental?

Yes! However, try not to get in the way of your guests.

15. Can a Host buy Resortifi swag for the pool/backyard?

Grab some amazing Resortifi t-shirts or sweatshirts as adorable swag. At present, we are not selling these swags but are considering them for the future so stay tuned!

16. Is Resortifi in my country?

Currently, Resortifi service is available in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

17. What is Covid-19 protocol at Resortifi?

Our pool/backyard Hosts are appreciated for opening up their pools/backyards and providing Guests with contactless ways to conduct their parties. Moreover, Resortifi automatically mandates an hour in between all bookings. This is to allow hosts to clean and prepare the area for the next Guest.

Hosts and Guests must follow the mandates of their local state and county authorities. You can inquire from your host about Covid-19 precautions.
