1. Is there any Review / Feedback system Resortifi has?

Resortifi platform not only lets guests review the pools/ backyards but also enables hosts to see the reviews about the guests. Pools/backyard reviews are publicly seen; however, guests' reviews are visible to hosts only. If you are a host, giving a review about your guest would be helpful for other hosts in the future.

All issues like property damage, bad behavior, or violation of rules should be directed to the Customer care team of Resortifi for us to cater to the matters promptly.

2. How can I see a Review about the guest?

This is how you can see the review about the guest:

Log in to your Resortifi account at Resortifi.com

  1. Select Reservations from the main menu
  2. Find the Guest you are looking for in either the Pending or Upcoming section
  3. Click on View Profile under the Guest's name

3. Why should I give a Review to the guest?

Reviewing a guest is a good way to help other hosts gain more information about their Guests before making a booking. Reviews of guests are private and only available to the Hosts. It is a good platform to praise a great Guest or communicate a concern. Any issues with a Guest that has to do with damage, bad behavior, or rule-breaking should always be notified to the Resortifi Customer Care so we can keep the Resortifi community happy, healthy, and safe.

4. How can I give a review about the guest?

You can leave a review of the Guest On the Resortifi website

To leave a review of a Guest, just log in to your Resortifi account at Resortifi.com

  1. Select Reservations from the main menu
  2. Find the Guest you are looking for in either the Past section

5. How can I comment on/review the pool/backyard/host?

After your booking is completed, both guest and host can review each other. To develop trust among all parties, we encourage them to give honest feedback about the experience.
