Cancelling/Rejection of Requests

The Resortifi platform necessitates both parties i.e. host and guest to honor the platform’s reservations. Declining or cancelling the booking on a frequent basis, the host’s property is put under the flag (hold) and remains deactivated until the Resortifi team clarifies the matter with the host.

We do understand the common and justified reasons behind cancellations / rejections; messy backyard, dirty pool that needs maintenance or host’s desire to keep the space vacant for some time. You can always get the flag (hold) removed by reporting us your justification.

Quick tip: keep your calendar updated for unavailable slots/time period.
