Resortifi platform is flexible to let the host and guest mutually agree to change the reservation date in vase of rain or other weather conditions.New booking can be made via Resortifi chat feature; however, always ensure to keep this conversation on official Resortifi platform and avoid sharing personal information like contact number.
Rain or Inclement Weather During the Event
In case of extreme rain or weather, host should keep the guests at a safe place, making them away from pool or outdoor structures like filter, pump room, changing room, shower, water slides etc. In this situation, indoor can be a place to wait.
Guests can mutually decide with the host to reschedule their visit. In case of full cancellation, inform Resortifi Customer care team fir refund requests.
