How can I change the cancellation policy for my listing?​

Want to offer guests more flexibility? Or maybe you’d like a little more protection against cancellations? Either way, it’s easy to change your cancellation policy once you decide on one that works for you.

To change your cancellation policy:

  • Go to Listings and select the listing you want to change
  • Click Booking settings
  • Under Policies, go to Cancellation policy and click Edit
  • Select a policy, then click Save

Changes to your cancellation policy are only applied to future reservations and don’t affect any pending or confirmed reservations.
