Payment Hold Policy for New Hosts

New hosts on Resortifi are subject to a payment hold policy to ensure a secure hosting experience.

First Reservation Confirmation

When a new host receives their first reservation request and confirms it,

Resortifi will apply the payment hold policy.

30-Day Holding Period

For new hosts, Resortifi will hold the payout for the first reservation for a period of 30 days after the guest's scheduled check-in date. This means the host will not receive the payout immediately after the guest checks in.

Payouts for Subsequent Reservations

Any additional reservations received during the 30-day holding period will also be subject to the payout hold policy. Payouts for these reservations will be released 24 hours after each respective guest's scheduled check-in date.

Passing the 30-Day Mark

Once the initial 30-day holding period has passed since the first reservation's check-in date, the new host's payout schedule will be adjusted. From this point forward, payouts for all future reservations will follow the regular policy of being released 24 hours after the guest's scheduled check-in date.

Monthly Payouts for Long-Term Stays

If the new host receives a reservation for 28 nights or longer, payouts for that specific reservation will be processed monthly. This monthly payout cycle will continue for the duration of the long-term reservation.

Please note that policies may vary in certain countries (Italy, South Korea, China, Germany) and for specific types of stays (Luxe stays). Always ensure your selected policy aligns with local requirements.
