Payout Policy

1. How much is the payment holding period for the host after 1st booking?

If you're a new Host, Resortifi may hold your payouts for 30 days after your first booking is confirmed. If your first booking is more than 30 days away, your payout will be released 24 hours after your guest's scheduled start date.

2. What if there are more bookings in the same period?

Any further bookings received in between the 30-day holding time will also follow the payout hold policy as mentioned above. These held payouts will be released to the host within 24 hours after the guest’s check-in day.

Hosts should note that once they pass this 30-days mark, their payout release time will be 24 hours after the guest’s check-in day.

3. What about the payout policy for the longer stays?

If you are the new host who got a booking of 28 nights or longer, this booking’s payout will be processed monthly. Resortifi follows the monthly payout cycle for long-term reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Resortifi hosts can select their own cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, strict) for short-term stays (i.e., 27 days or less), while a standard cancellation policy is followed for all long-term stays (i.e. 28 days or more).

1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

With this policy, booking can be cancelled free of cost until 24 hours before the check-in time. For cancellation after 24-hours mark, cost of first night and service fee will be charged.

2. Moderate Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund.

If they cancel after that, cost of first night and service fee will be charged, and only a 50% refund will be paid.

3. Firm Cancellation Policy

In this policy, to receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund

4. Strict Policy (30, 60 Days)

Strict 30 Days

With a strict 30-day cancellation policy, the service fee isn’t refundable. For cancellation at least within 30 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be made on your total nightly rate and the cleaning fee.

Strict 60 Days

With a strict 60-day cancellation policy, the service fee isn’t refundable. For cancellation at least within 60 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be made on your total nightly rate and the cleaning fee.
