What is the Fans tool and how to use it?
We are incredibly excited to introduce our Resortifi Fans feature. Hosts are now able to connect directly with interested and repeat guests, allowing Hosts to provide special promotions and communicate directly with their Guests.

What is it?
The Fans feature is accessible from your Resortifi profile and is an additional benefit for Hosts. Under ‘Fans’ you will find Swimmers organized into three distinct categories.
Guest Lead: these are the Guests who have favorited your Pool. It also includes Swimmers who didn’t complete the checkout process in the past or inquired through Resortifi chat about your Pool.
One Time Guest: Any Guest who has visited your Pool at least once.
Repeat Guests : Any Guests who have booked your listing more than once.
Repeat Guests: Any Guests who have booked your listing more than once.
How to use it:
The Fans is great for sending direct messages to any group of your favorite Swimmers. You can even send them personalized promo codes to drive future bookings!
When to use it:
Using the Fans tool you can create a custom promo code for your guests to encourage them to book the Pool again. You can set up the code to be valid for 24h or 72h: if it’s not used within that time frame, the code will expire. IMPORTANT: This promo code deducts the selected percentage from your payout.
